Rendang Pulled Pork Burger
  • 460g Pork
  • 2tbsp Oil
  • 3 Red Onions
  • 3 garlic
  • 300g Rempah
  • 120g coconut milk
  • 100g Desiccated Coconut
  • 6 Brioche Buns
  • Rockets
  • Tomatoes
  • Butter
  1. Saute – fry desiccated coconut till brown
  2. Set pot to Saute, add oil and sear pork when oil is hot, set aside
  3. Add a little more oil, fry onions, garlic and rempah till fragrant and pour in coconut milk.
  4. Cancel Saute and add in the pork, set valve to Sealing
  5. Set to high pressure for 20 minutes, quick release, take pork out and set the cooker to Saute, simmer till sauce is slightly thicken
  6. Add in desiccated coconut
  7. Shred pork and add them back into the sauce, assemble burger
