  • Shitake Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tabespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 thumb Ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 kg chicken chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • 2 cups Stock

Ingredients
  • Shitake Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tabespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 thumb Ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 kg chicken chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Corn Starch
  • 2 cups Stock
Instructions
  1. Set your instant pot to saute mode and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in your chicken and sear.
  3. Add in the dark soy sauce, shaoxing cooking wine, sugar, salt, corn starch, and sesame oil, and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add your stock and stir.
  5. For Pot-inPot: Place trivet on top of chicken and place pot of rice on top.
  6. Set your instant pot to pressure cook on high pressure for 9 minutes.
  7. Do a natural release of 10 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
