Instructions
Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot. Stir to coat all ingredients with oil and salt.
Close the lid and press Slow Cook on Low for 5 hours.
Spread the tomatoes over the sourdough slices. Arrange the cheese on top.
Drizzle with more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
