Main Ingredient
  • 2slices sourdough loaftoasted
  • 2rounds goat cheesetorn to pieces
For the tomatoes
  • 2cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1pc White Oniondiced
  • 4c garlicminced
  • 1/2cup Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into the Instant Pot. Stir to coat all ingredients with oil and salt.
  2. Close the lid and press Slow Cook on Low for 5 hours.
  3. Spread the tomatoes over the sourdough slices. Arrange the cheese on top.
  4. Drizzle with more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
