For the green goddess dip

Instructions
Preheat the Instant Air fryer to 180C,
Air Fry
function. Set the time to 10 minutes.
Toss the sliced sweet potatoes in a bowl of coconut oil.
Add the chips in the air fryer and shake gently the basket/tray from time to time as they cook.
Meanwhile, make the dip. Blend all ingredients for the dip in a food processor until smooth.
Add the salt, sugar, and chilli powder in the bowl and toss the chips again.
Serve the crisp chips with the green goddess dip.
