Ingredients
  • Oil
  • 3 star anise
  • 2 tbsp Sichuan Peppercorns
  • 1/4 cup Dried Chilli
  • 1 pkt Mala Paste
  • 1/2 cup Lotus Roots
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Black Fungus
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Potatoes
  • 450 g Pasta
  • 1422 Water

  • 1 pkt Mala Paste
  • 1/2 cup Lotus Roots
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Black Fungus
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Potatoes
  • 450 g Pasta
  • 1422 Water
Instructions
  1. Press Saute on the Instant Pot and wait for pot to be slightly heated up before adding the oil followed by all the spices, fry till fragrant
  2. Add ready made mala paste and stir fry with all the vegetables
  3. Add water and pasta and make sure all the pasta is submerged
  4. Cancel Saute
  5. Set valve to Sealing and cook at high pressure for 4 minutes, press Cancel wait for 3 minutes before doing a Quick Release
  6. Serve immediately
