Nasi Briyani Daging Rendang

- 120 ml coconut milk
- 5 pieces Lime Leaves
- 1/3 cup Toasted Coconut Flakes
- 500 g Beef Tenderloin
- Rendang Paste
- Ginger
- Red Onion
- garlic
- Lemon Grass
- Big Red Chilli to garnish

Instructions
Press saute and toast the coconut flakes. Take out and set aside.
Saute the aromatics and lime leaves until fragrant, then add the rendang paste and cook.
Add in the meat and coconut milk, press "Cancel" and press "Pressure cook" on high for 15 minutes.
Do a quick release when timer is done.
Add in the coconut flakes and press "saute" and fry for another 5 minutes to allow the aromas to come out.
Serve with white rice and enjoy!
