Rice
- 2 1/2 cups Jasmine Rice
- 7 oz coconut milk 200 ml
- 2 Pandan leaves tight knob
- Salt to taste
Toppings
- Sambal tumis paste
- Fried Ikan Bilis dried anchovies
- Sliced hard-boiled Eggs
- Fried Peanuts
- Sliced Cucumbers
- Fresh or frozen Banana Leaf
- Laska Chicken

Instructions
Hard-Boiled Eggs
- Add 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot
- Place in the removable steam rack that comes with the Instant Pot
- Add in 3-4 eggs.
- Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Let it naturally release for 5 minutes and add it in an ice bath.
Rice
- Cook and prepare the rice as usual but instead of cooking it in water, use the coconut milk, water; add in the pandan leaves and salt.
- Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
- Let it naturally release for 10 minutes.
- Let out the remaining pressure.
Plating
- Place a banana leaf on the plate.
- Add the rice in the center and place the toppings around the rice.
