- 20 g Dried Black Plum
- 45 g Dried Hawthorn Berries
- 10 g Dried Licorice Root
- 90 g Brown Sugar
- 1 L Water

Instructions
- Rinse all herbs under cold water to remove any residue.
- Place all ingredients (excluding brown sugar) into a pot.
- Heat the pot over high heat and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After 30 minutes, check the ingredients and continue to simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
- Gradually stir in the 90g of brown sugar until completely dissolved.
- Remove the pot from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, transfer the herbal mixture to a container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
- To serve, pour your desired amount into a glass, add ice if desired, and enjoy!
